My Approach
I’m not a script consultant, nor am I a screenwriter. I’m a literary manager with a passion for working with storytellers and I believe I can provide the most value to writers in the development stages before the actual writing begins. In the past when I’ve been asked to give feedback on scripts, I found that my notes could have been addressed from simply having a conversation with the writer in lieu of reading their script thus saving everyone’s time in the process. We’ve all heard the phrase “Writing is rewriting”, but I’m a firm believer that writing is PRE-WRITING and the majority of your efforts should be put into the pre-writing process where you develop the following five key conceits
CONCEPT
CHARACTER
WORLD
STORY
POINT OF VIEW

The more focus and work you can put into developing these conceits before you start writing, the more viable your script will be. My approach is to help writers with their pre-writing process.
