SCRIPT SUBMISSION AND CONSULTATION AGREEMENT
1. Services and Submission Requirements
a) Upon purchasing the online workshop, Writer may submit one (1) screenplay ("Submitted Script") for review. Company will provide a personalized PDF called "The Breakout Blueprint" followed by a one-hour notes call with Conrad Sun.
b) Submissions must be uploaded through the Company’s website in PDF format, not exceed 120 pages, and follow standard industry formatting. Only complete screenplays are accepted.
c) The Breakout Blueprint will be delivered within thirty (30) days of submission. Notes call scheduling is based on Conrad Sun’s availability.
d) Non-compliant scripts will not be reviewed and no refunds provided.
2. Notes Call Policies
a) Writers will receive a scheduling link.
b) Calls require confirmation 24 hours in advance or they will be canceled.
c) Missed calls are forfeited.
d) Calls may be rescheduled with at least 5 hours’ notice.
e) Calls last no longer than one (1) hour. Company may reschedule if necessary.
3. Refund Policy
Refund requests are accepted only within 24 hours of purchase. No refunds thereafter.
4. Submission Acknowledgment and Copyright Waiver
Writers acknowledge Company may receive similar ideas from others and waive claims of infringement. Company cannot “unsee” submitted material.
5. Representations and Warranties
Writer confirms authorship and originality of the submitted script, with authority to enter into this Agreement.
6. Confidentiality
Company will maintain confidentiality except where required by law or independently developed. Scripts may be retained but not distributed.
7. Limitation of Liability
Company’s total liability is limited to the amount paid. No liability for indirect damages.
8. Consultation Only - No Representation
This engagement is for consultation only. No representation, management, or business dealings are implied or guaranteed.
9. Entire Agreement
This Agreement is the entire understanding and can only be modified in writing signed by both parties.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by California law.
11. Severability
If any part is invalid, the rest remains effective.
12. Acknowledgment
Writer affirms they have read, understood, and agree to this Agreement.
